He serves as Chair at Materials Research Furnaces, Inc. (MRF), where he is a director and provides operational support. MRF has a 29-year history in high-temperature furnaces used in the research and production of ceramic and refractory metal components, tantalum capacitor production, and more. He also serves as CEO, Chairman, and lead investor of Perceptics, where he focuses on capital allocation and strategy, enabling the management team to thrive in daily operations. Dalton has more than 30 years of operating experience.
