Amy Moore is Principal at CLA, leading the National Post-Merger Integration Practice (PMI). She is an accomplished executive who has developed her experience in public accounting, corporate development, CFO, and COO roles in acquisitive PE-backed companies. CLA and its PMI practice focus on serving lower-middle-market companies and private equity firms investing in these markets. The practice has offices across the U.S. and helps clients throughout their investment cycle, including but not limited to due diligence, integrating acquisitions, improving operating results, and creating value at their portfolio companies.
