Daniel Eisemann serves as Senior VP of Corporate Development at Fairfield-Maxwel, overseeing deal execution, sourcing efforts, and supporting portfolio company senior management. He has over 20 years of experience in principal investing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, and performance improvement. He has served as an investor, operator, and strategic advisor to management teams, lenders, large public companies, private-equity-owned portfolio companies, private-family-owned companies, and start-ups. Prior to joining Fairfield-Maxwell in 2015, he was Senior VP of Asgaard Capital, a boutique investment bank. Eisemann now serves on the boards of SpeedPro Imaging, Universal Builders Supply, Turley International Resources, Southern Stone & Timber, North Shore Neon Sign, and Outworx.
