Blair Majcina has established a versatile career in finance, having spent time in both the debt and equity communities as well as providing independent consulting work for a litany of companies across various industries. He has participated in raising over $800M in capital, performed over 20 acquisitions, and operated several middle market companies. Most recently, in June of 2022, he initiated the turnaround and restructuring of a Life Safety services company, Champion Fire & Security, of which he now holds controlling ownership. He holds a BBA with a double major in finance and political science from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a four-year scholarship track and field athlete in the high jump.
