Dr. David Sinyard has served in an executive management capacity for regional, national, and international companies. He has over 40 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, investments, operations, and commercial real estate finance. He has originated and closed in excess of $3 billion in multiple transactions during his career. Sinyard was a principal at MedSelect, a healthcare firm providing pharmacy automation technology and equipment to hospital systems across the United States that was repositioned and sold to AmerisourceBergen. He then began consulting and provided investment banking services to MedDispense, a similar healthcare company. The company was acquired by a private equity firm. Several years ago, he represented NeoMed, a neonatal medical device company in its sale to Avanos. He was also a Member of the Board of a $500M community bank that was sold to a larger regional bank.
