• You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email. 
  • The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Monday, June 23 at 5:00 p.m. CST or until rooms sell out. After the cut-off date, the discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
  • At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
  • The hotel must receive cancellations at least (8) days prior to arrival.
  • Reservations cancelled within (7) days of arrival will result in a charge of (1) night room & tax.
  • Reservations cancelled within (24) hours of arrival will be charged the full room & tax of their reservation.
  • An early departure fee of (1) night room & tax will be charged unless the hotel is provided advance notice of an earlier departure at the time of check-in.
  • Hotel valet parking for daily/overnight is $80 per day/vehicle. 
  • Self-parking is available in nearby garages at various rates. The nearest garage is the Theatre District Self-Park at 0.3 miles.
