You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email.
The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Friday, December 27, 2024 or until rooms sell out. After the cut-off date, the discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
An additional charge of $15 per person per night will apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests.
At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
The hotel must receive cancellations at least (8) days prior to arrival and will result in a charge of (1) night room & tax.
Reservations cancelled within (7) days of arrival will be charged the full room & tax of their reservation.
An early departure fee of (1) night room & tax will be charged unless the hotel is provided 24 hour advance notice of an earlier departure.
Parking is complimentary for daily/overnight valet and self-parking.
