Aaron Kriss is the Managing Partner of Gesmer Updegrove. Before becoming Managing Partner, Aaron was the head of the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Daily, Aaron leads the firm while providing strategic counsel on the tax aspects of transactions at the corporate and founder levels. With extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and international deals, Aaron ensures tax efficiency aligns seamlessly with client business objectives. Aaron also works extensively with private companies and founders on issues surrounding incentive equity grants and compensation.
