Robert Fox is Managing Director of Private Equity at McGuireWoods, where he leads the firm’s national strategy for fundraising support through its Emerging Manager Program and the market-leading Emerging Manager Conference. He focuses on strengthening capital formation ecosystems by connecting emerging managers with institutional investors. Earlier in his career, he served in business-development roles at other law firms and within private equity, where he originated acquisition opportunities for private equity and family office platforms. Additionally, the LABJ Leaders of Influence (2022) and L.A. Times Banking & Finance Visionaries (2023) have acknowledged his accomplishments in the industry.
