• You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email. 
  • The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Monday, December 29, 2025 or until rooms sell out. After the cut-off date, the discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
  • At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
  • The hotel must receive cancellations at least (7) days prior to arrival. A failure to cancel the reservation prior to day of arrival will result in a cancellation fee for the full length of stay.
  • An early departure fee of (1) night room & tax will be charged unless the hotel is provided 24 hour advance notice of an earlier departure. 
  • Parking fees are $56.00/24hrs valet.
  • Complimentary basic wireless internet access is offered in all guestrooms and meeting spaces.
  • Complimentary use of pool and fitness center during regular operating hours.
