Dennis Dunn is the Founder and Managing Member of D2 Equity Capital and leads the execution of the firm’s acquisition strategy in conjunction with the firm’s family office investor professionals. Dunn currently serves as an Operating Partner, Board Member, and Investor in three lower-middle market businesses. These include a distributor and MRO services provider in the defense sector, metal plating and finishing provider in the aerospace industry, and a pro audio-video technology. Previously the Managing Director of Carlisle Enterprises, he was involved in all aspects of the acquisition process and acquired 75 businesses with aggregate revenues of over $5 billion.
