Hanny Akl leads the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice, focused on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, along with advising owners on creating value within their businesses. He works with a wide variety of clients, including private equity, closely held, and public companies. His industry experience is focused on software and technology-enabled companies, telecommunications, retail and distribution businesses, real estate, manufacturing, and more. Before joining Warren Averett, and for the first seven years of his career, he worked in the audit practice of Ernst & Young. He then became the president and CEO of a real estate business, where he positioned the company for success.
