Scott Zickefoose is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) who specializes in working with large and middle market privately held clients who are interested in acquiring, divesting, recapitalizing, or selling their enterprise. As a member of Keiter’s Mergers and Acquisitions team, he applies his knowledge and expertise to deliver sell-side and buy-side quality of earnings services. In working with his clients, he provides strategic consulting services and financial analysis to help them reach their business and personal goals. He helps sellers maximize their business value and works to ensure acquisitions are a good fit for the organization and the owner’s goals.
