Since 2021, Vineet Varma has been a Partner at Hanover Partners, a private equity firm dedicated to investing in and partnering with the management teams of small to medium-sized companies, with a focus on engineered product manufacturing and industrial service companies. Varma has over a decade of experience in private equity, focusing primarily on industrial manufacturing businesses. Prior to his time at Hanover, he was with Alvarez & Marsal Capital Partners and Industrial Growth Partners, which also focused on niche manufacturing companies. Vineet received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
