Mike Dickman is a Principal and member of the Investment Committee at Greyrock Capital, a lower middle market junior capital investment firm. At Greyrock, he is responsible for sourcing, execution, and portfolio company value creation. He also serves on the boards of nine Greyrock portfolio companies in industries across aerospace, medical technology, industrial, consumer, and for-profit education. Prior to Greyrock, he made special situations and uni-tranche investments in the middle market while at Medley Management. He began his career as a Public Accountant at Ernst & Young in its assurance department, where he earned his CPA designation.
