Sam Raboy is a Partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group in New York. He represents financial sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers, in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, growth equity financings, and other investments. He has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in public and private mergers and acquisitions, including joint ventures and equity co-investments, and he regularly counsels clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance.
