Jill is a senior performance consultant for Insperity Recruiting Services. In this role she is responsible for delivering learning—from onboarding new employees to presenting the latest in recruitment strategy, talent attraction methods and technologies. Jill holds multiple industry certifications—certified personnel consultant, certified temporary staffing specialist, SPHR and SHRM-SCP. She has also earned her Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University-Stephenville.
