Joe Rodgers is a Managing Director at Source Capital where he helps lead their SBIC. The SBIC is Source Capital’s fourth credit fund, primarily focused on senior, unitranche debt along with equity co-investments to companies with EBITDA greater than $2 million. He has 28 years of experience in various corporate finance roles both in lending and investment banking. Prior to joining Source in 2019, he was responsible for the SE and Texas for Monroe Capital where he was the top originator over a four-year period. Prior to Monroe, Rodgers created and managed the Capital Advisory and Private Placements practice at KPMG Corporate Finance.
