Lamar Stanley began his career with Lead Capital Partners (LCP) in 2022 as Director focusing primarily on new deal origination. LCP acquires majority ownership interests in healthcare companies with EBITDA of $1M to $5M. Prior to his career with LCP, Stanley was a Director at Gen Cap America, a low- to middle-market private equity firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. Earlier, he worked for Diversified Trust Company, a wealth management firm, and as an Intelligence Officer for the U.S. Navy. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of the South and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
