Marsha Zebley joined Raymond James in 2022 as Head of Business Development in the Capital Structure Advisory Group. Prior to Raymond James, she worked for Comvest Partners and was primarily focused on originating, negotiating, and structuring middle-market debt and structured equity investments. Prior to that, she was at OFS Capital applying the same skills in the lower middle market. She began her career in finance at private equity firm Graham Partners in 2012. Zebley received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont in 2009.
