Ernesto Carrizosa joined WM Partners in 2015 and serves as Partner and Executive Managing Director. He leads the deal team and is responsible for acquisitions and other firm initiatives. He has been involved in all subsequent deals made by WM Partners to date. Carrizosa has more than 34 years of experience with structuring, funding, and conducting due diligence on M&A transactions. His work has spanned a broad range of industries, including VMS, media, and telecommunications. He has also served as an ongoing advisor to many high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and as an investor member of the Board of Directors of private companies.
