Graeme Frazier is the President of Private Capital Research LLC, a buy-side M&A and consulting firm he founded 17 years ago that sources, originates, and invests in buyout and recapitalization transactions for middle-market private equity firms, family offices and corporate clients; and is also a Founder and Co-Manager of GF Data Resources LLC, a subscription-based database company that publishes quarterly reports and hosts a searchable online utility that features proprietary transaction (valuation, leverage, and key deal terms) data on private equity-sponsored M&A transactions with $10 to $250 million in total enterprise value. Prior to PCR, Frazier served as the Director of Research for the Private Capital Group of Berwind Financial Group LP, and began his career Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Securities Corp.

Cathy also assists corporations, partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, and S Corporations with tax compliance and tax planning, and has experience dealing with various taxing authorities on client issues. Cathy holds a Bachelors of science in business administration in accounting from University of Georgia, Terry College of Business and received her Masters in Accounting, from University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. Cathy is Certified Public Accountant in Arizona.

Tylan (Ty) Miller is a Principal in the Phoenix office of CliftonLarsonAllen. While Ty’s primary focus is working with manufacturing and distribution, he also works with companies in several industries. Ty has been serving privately held companies and their owners for thirteen years. Ty’s experience includes providing assurance services and assisting companies in support of transactions – both on a buy-side and sell-side basis, owner succession, and analyzing and developing internal control structures. He enjoys interacting with clients and their staff and recognizes the importance of building good client relationships. Ty has served clients ranging in size from the pre-revenue stages to $400 million in annual revenues. Ty serves on CliftonLarsonAllen’s revenue recognition task force and the manufacturing and distribution national team. Ty graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

In addition to her broad range of consulting experience, Chelsea is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor through the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) and a Six Sigma green belt.
