• You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email. 
  • The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Friday, June 9, 2023 or until rooms sell out. The discounted group rate is subject to availability before and after the cut-off date and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
  • An additional charge of $30 per person per night will apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests.
  • At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
  • The hotel must receive cancellations at least 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
  • Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will will result in a charge equal to three (3) night's room & tax (or maximum length of reservation if less than three (3) nights). 
  • An early departure fee of a minimum of one (1) night's room & tax will be added to the guest's account if the guest checks out prior to their reserved checkout date.
  • Hotel parking fees for daily/overnight self-parking are $38 per day/vehicle and valet is $60 per day/vehicle.
  • A discounted amenity fee of $20 per night is applied to all rooms and is subject to state occupancy tax. The fee includes the following daily amenities:

    • (2) Bottled Waters in Guestroom Daily
    • Business Lounge Access
    • 24-Hour Health & Wellness Center Access
    • Daily Resort Pool Access
    • 10% discount at Gelato & Friends
