• Guests must be registered for the event in order to book a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email. 
• Note: Room rates on the booking website will reflect as tax/fee inclusive: 

Deluxe Level: $279 negotiated room rate + $2 city destination fee + 14% tax = $321 per night

Premier Level: $365 negotiated room rate + $2 city destination fee + 14% tax = $405 per night

• You are allowed up to 2 guests per room. An additional charge of $25 will be applied for double rooms occupied with more than 2 guests. Children under 18 years of age may share the same room with parents at no additional charge. Please note rollaway beds are not available.
• At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
• The hotel must receive cancellations or reservation changes by 4:00 p.m. ET (7) days prior to arrival, or a penalty equal to the first night's deposit (i.e. room rate of one night per room reserved) will remain charged to the booking credit card. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel. 
• Reservations cancelled on the day of arrival will result in a cancellation fee for the full length of stay.
• Room rates will remain in effect until Wednesday, January 12, 2022. After this date, the discounted group rate is subject to space availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early. 
• Hotel parking fees are $39 per night for valet and $24 per night for self parking.
