• You must register for the event before you can reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservation details will be included in your registration confirmation email. 
  • The discounted group rate will remain in effect until Friday, January 13, 2023. After this date, the discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to book hotel rooms early.
  • You are allowed up to 2 guests per room. An additional charge of $40 per person per night will apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests.
  • At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
  • The hotel must receive cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Pending the cancellation circumstance, the booking deposit of 1 night room & tax will remain charged to the card on file unless a request is sent to events@thefivestar.com. All requests are subject to approval by the hotel. 
  • Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the full room & tax of their reservation.
  • Hotel parking fees for overnight self-parking are $14 per day/vehicle.
