Andy Greenberg is CEO of Greenberg Variations Capital (GVC), an investment banking firm devoted to clients engaged in targeted or proprietary transactions, typically valued at $50 million or more. GVC is based in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Greenberg has advised dozens of owner-managed private companies on transactions spanning industrial, business services, and health care sectors. He serves on the board of a privately held chemical distributor. In addition, Greenberg co-founded and ran GF Data® until its sale in March 2022. Greenberg received the Alliance of M&A Advisors’ Thought Leader of the Year Award in 2014 and 2022. He is co-host of the Middle Market Musings podcast.
