Melina Audinelle serves as Managing Director of Fifth Third Securities’ Investment Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory Group. Based out of Chicago, Audinelle has over two decades of investment banking experience working with top-tier firms covering public and private companies in both the large corporate and middle market sectors. At Fifth Third, Audinelle is responsible for the strategic execution of M&A transactions for clients across the Industrials, Consumer, and Business Services verticals. Prior to Fifth Third, Audinelle worked at financial institutions including Challenger Capital Group, JPMorgan, and Citigroup. During this time, she held various roles of increasing seniority, working with a wide spectrum of publicly traded, large and mid-corporate companies and smaller, family and PE-owned private companies. Over the years, she discovered her passion for working with entrepreneurs and founder-run businesses while helping stakeholders balance strategic and operational goals.
