David Welinsky is Managing Director, Capital Markets of Monroe Capital. He is responsible for supporting buy-side club originations, transaction structuring, credit agreement negotiation, relationship management, marketing and sell-side syndications. Welinsky has over 10 years of experience in the leveraged finance space. Prior to Monroe, he was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in the Leveraged Capital Markets group, where he was responsible for leveraged-loan and high-yield syndications. He earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan.
