David Duke is a Partner with Kian Capital Partners, a lower middle market PE firm based in Atlanta and Charlotte that focuses on founder/owner-operated businesses in distribution, services, and consumer that generate $3M to $12M in EBITDA. Duke joined Kian in February of 2018 and is primarily responsible for sourcing new platform investment opportunities, developing and managing relationships with new and existing sources of deal flow, and directing strategic marketing efforts. With over 25 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, Duke was previously the Director of Business Development at Edgewater Capital Partners, where he led the firm's sourcing and development. Duke earned a B.B.A. in finance from James Madison University and an M.B.A. from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
