Lindsey Wendler is a Managing Director at 414 Capital, an international middle market investment bank, where she specializes in sell-side M&A advisory. She focuses on transactions in the consumer, B2B Services, and industrial sectors, and primarily works with family and founder-owned businesses seeking liquidity events and/or growth capital. She holds multiple leadership positions within local and national middle-market M&A/Business organizations. Prior to joining 414 Capital, she focused on sell-side and buy-side transactions across a diverse range of industries and situations.
