Brian Lunt is a Managing Director with Stevenson & Co., an M&A advisory firm based in Evanston, Illinois. Since 1979, Stevenson & Co. has assisted corporations and owners of closely held companies throughout the U.S. in the sale and acquisition of lower middle market divisions and companies. Before joining Stevenson, Lunt founded or co-founded four companies, in addition to working in corporate finance at GE Capital and Arthur Andersen. Lunt received a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
