Steve Kesten is a Shareholder at Boyar Miller, with more than 30 years of industry experience and the ability to counsel firm clients in multiple areas of law. His primary practice focus is transactional law, which includes specialization in M&A, private securities, the formation and representation of private equity funds, venture capital funds, and hedge funds; entity selection and formation; employment transactional agreements, including executive employment agreements and incentive equity plans; and general contract review. Kesten has been an active member of the Houston Bar Association Mergers & Acquisitions Section, serving as Council Member, Chairman of the Section, and Treasurer.
