Jacob Foster Davis is co-founder and COO of BreachBits, the world's most accurate cyber risk platform and continuous PTaaS service. He is certified as a Chief Information Security Officer through the EC Council. Foster is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy where he studied information technology and astronautical engineering. He also holds a Master of Science degree from the Naval Postgraduate School where he studied artificial intelligence. He served for 15 years as an active-duty Naval Officer conducting humanitarian, maritime, and counterpiracy operations. At the National Security Agency, he led worldwide 24/7 satellite intelligence operations.
