Stefan Shaffer is a founder and the Managing Partner of SPP Capital Partners, LLC, a New York-based investment bank and its affiliate, SPP Credit Partners LLC, a private credit provider (collectively “SPP,” or the “Company”). Shaffer had previously served as the President of SPP Hambro, the U.S. subsidiary of Hambros Bank PLC. Prior to his tenure at SPP, Shaffer was a VP in the Private Placement Group at Bankers Trust Company. Shaffer started his professional career as an attorney with the law firm of White & Case. Shaffer is a cum laude graduate of the Cornell Law School, where he earned a J.D. degree and was a member of the Cornell International Law Journal. He is a magna cum laude undergraduate from Colgate University, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa. He serves as Chairman of Cape Air, one of the largest commuter airlines in the United States, serving 32 cities in the U.S. and the Caribbean, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Construction Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROAD), a vertically integrated civil infrastructure company operating across six southeastern States.
