Bryan Graiff has more than 25 years of diverse financial and operational C-level experience in public and private companies. Graiff has also held several leadership roles at public corporations and privately held companies. Graiff facilitated LMI Aerospace’s Initial Public Offering in 1998 as the Corporate Controller and conducted four strategic acquisitions while serving as a Director of Lean Operations before leaving to be the Corporate Controller for a $700M joint venture chemical manufacturing company. Graiff was the first CFO for Whelan Security, where he was in charge of developing the infrastructure and strategic plan to support their growth initiatives. Graiff also serves as an expert witness for cases involving transaction disputes and commercial damages. Graiff serves on various civic and charitable boards in his community.
