Brian A. Wendler has been involved in over 20,000 business valuations, has trained over 10,000 business brokers and professionals, and has assisted in over 15,000 transactions. His experience extends across a wide variety of industries and company sizes, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, medical, finance, engineering, and both high- and low-tech firms. He was the President of the Dallas Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and remains in charge of its Exit Planning section group. He is the principal and founder of National Business Valuation Services, Inc. and was the 2008-2009 President of the Institute of Certified Business Counselors, the oldest business brokerage organization in the U.S. He was also formerly on the advisory board of Murphy Business & Financial Corporation, the largest business brokerage franchisor in the country.
