Bill McCalpin is the CEO and Founder of DealWare, a web-based M&A project management platform, which hosts, manages, and streamlines all of the work of an M&A firm, including deal transactions, advisory and consulting projects, and new business development. McCalpin has spent his 35-year career in mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurship, and corporate management. He has worked for eight years in sell-side transaction advisory services and seven years in buy-side M&A as the Director of Business Development at a Fortune 1000 corporate strategic. Before that, he successfully founded, grew, and sold two technology companies in Boulder, Colorado, where DealWare (his third technology company) is now based.
