• You must register for the event before you can book a hotel. Further instructions on how to book housing will be included in your confirmation email.
  • You are allowed up to 2 guests per room, additional charges will apply for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests.
  • At the time of booking, a first night's deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
  • Cancellations are required at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Depending on the circumstances of your cancellation, the booking deposit of 1 night room & tax may or may not be returned to you.  Please email us at events@thefivestar.com to request approval for refund on your housing deposit.
  • Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will result in a cancellation fee for the full length of stay.
  • The discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to book your room early.
  • Hotel parking fees are $36 + tax per day/overnight.
