Armando Soto is an accomplished investor and the managing member at Pegasus Hill Group LLC. Over the past decade, he has managed investments on behalf of two families. Soto's expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions in the lower middle market, where he spearheaded and built a substantial portfolio in the private equity space for The Isaac Organization. Prior to entering the family office world, Soto spent most of his time in public equity and debt markets. Previously, he held the position of VP at WHC Capital, a hedge fund specializing in distressed debt and equity swap investments.
