General admission attendees will receive access to book meetings beginning May 20th.

HOW TO USE DEAL CONNECT PLATFORM:

Deal Connect AI-matchmaking algorithm identifies relevant matches to maximize your interactions and network effectively.

Accessible via the mobile app or any browser, Deal Room makes it easy to request meetings and simplifies scheduling. No need to get bogged down with looking at calendars and selecting a time during the request. When the invitee accepts the meeting request, the platform shows only mutually convenient time slots, automatically assigns a location, and updates both accordingly if rescheduling occurs. 

QUICK STEPS:


  1. Register for Deal Connect Platform
    Visit AM&AA Deal Connect Registration to sign up using the email you entered during conference registration. 
  2. Update Your Profile
    Complete your profile to enhance your matchmaking experience.
  3. Set Your Agenda
    Block times when you are unavailable for meetings.
    • On the left panel, select “My Agenda,” then “Block Time” to indicate when you are not available.
      • Note: The platform assumes you are available during all meeting times unless you block specific times.
    • Speakers: The system has automatically blocked time for sessions you are speaking at, including a 10-minute buffer before and after your session.
  4. View the Conference Agenda
    Add sessions to your schedule that you’re interested in.
    • At the top of the page, select “Agenda” and choose the date to see each day’s schedule.
      • Note: Adding agenda items will not prevent meeting requests during those times, allowing you to tailor your schedule while staying open to networking opportunities.
  5. Explore Networking Opportunities
    Use the Networking tab to search for attendees and request meetings.
    • Apply filters to refine your search or use the search bar to find specific names or keywords.
      • Note: Deal Connect Table Hosts are identified under Deal Connect Tables.
    • Click on attendee names to view their profiles.
    • Submit meeting requests, chat directly, or mark attendees as favorites.
    • Deal Connect Meetings: Meeting requests sent to/from Deal Connect Table Hosts during scheduled Deal Connect sessions will automatically be recognized as a Deal Connect Meeting and assigned to the host's table in the Deal Connect room.
  6. Manage Meeting Requests
    View and respond to meeting requests under “Invitations.” Email notifications for meetings will be sent once meetings are open for all registrants. 

  7. Download the Deal Room Mobile App
    Scan the QR code below to download the app from the iOS Store or Google Play Store.

You are in control of your schedule! Vet who you want to meet, send and respond to meeting requests, and let the system handle the rest.
